Keep your first aid skills up to date with this refresher course. It’s expected that you have had first aid training within the last two or three years. This course includes:

  • Main points of first aid
  • Checking response and the ABC’s
  • Recovery position
  • Recognition of cardiac arrest and the chain of survival
  • Calling for help – contacting 1-1-2 emergency services.
  • CPR and the use of an AED
  • Choking – trouble breathing
  • Stroke – signs and symptoms
  • Psychological first aid
  • We’ll hold the course at your location
