  • Recovery position and retaining body heat
  • Recognition of cardiac arrest and the chain of survival
  • Calling for help – contacting 1-1-2 emergency services
  • CPR and the use of an AED
  • Choking – trouble breathing
  • Stroke: Signs and symptoms
  • Seizures
  • Psychological first aid
